STANDARD RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at EVERYPOSH. Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. We offer the following return services to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

 

All sales are considered final. Should you have a problem with your order, please email us within 48 hours in order for us to assess and we will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

 

To request a return, you can contact us at sales@everyposh.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGE

Due to the unique elements of each preloved product, we cannot issue any exchanges.

 

RETURNS FOR ALL ONLINE PURCHASES:

All EVERYPOSH online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 5 days from when they are shipped or collected.

To request a return, you can contact us at sales@everyposh.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

 

FOR JEWELRY:

Due to the current pandemic condition with sanitary concerns, ALL PRODUCTS are ALL FINAL SALES and cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, all returns must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging, and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.

 

FOR LUXURY HANDBAGS, READY-TO-WEAR FASHION, AND LUXURY SMALL LEATHER GOODS:

All sales are considered final. Should you have a problem with your order, please email us within 48 hours for us to assess and we will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

All returns must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, and in their original packaging and with warranty cards/certificate of authenticity and instruction booklets, dust bags, twillies, and organizers.

To arrange a return please submit a request to sales@everyposh.com with your original order number and reason for the return. We will email you a return case number and details on where to send the returned item/s. If the customer chooses to ship with the shipping partner, we have selected by refusing the package delivery, the return shipping cost will not be able to be calculated until it arrives back at the warehouse. Unfortunately, WE will not be able to cover the cost of return shipping, including any fees that may apply. EVERYPOSH is not liable for any incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refusal of package delivery, and non-delivery due to customs clearances. Orders cannot be refunded in these situations. In the case of refusal of package deliveries, customers are liable for return shipping costs that may incur. Once your item/s is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item over $300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund returned orders that we don't receive. To start the return process, please email us at sales@everyposh.com.

 

On presentation of the original receipt or order number, your purchases may be returned or exchanged.  Alternatively, you may elect to ship to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through a secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you with the shipping label.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, EVERYPOSH has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of the US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We charged a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All our products are preloved or vintage in nature and as such will have varying degrees of condition. All photos provided show the product in detail in order for you to inspect it before ordering. We are not liable for any items that are damaged within the shipping process. However, we will gladly assist you with obtaining compensation from the shipping provider.  

NOTES

Please keep a copy of the return/exchange documentation for tracking purposes. EVERYPOSH is not responsible for any returned packages sent without approval as we must track all the returned items. Once the shipment is received back, we will email you to let you know the status. You will be refunded for the amount of the items purchased. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. A credit minus shipping charge should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles.

 

 

Please note: There is a return limit of 2 (returns or exchanges) per customer/household, per year.

 

Additional Terms & Conditions                                       
When returning diamond jewelry, it’s important to include the GIA or AGSL certificate that your jewelry came with. If the certificate isn’t included in your return, we will have to send the diamond back to the GIA or AGSL for recertification. You will still be refunded for your purchase, but you will be charged $175 for recertification. Recertification prices may vary.

International returns are not subject to our free return policy. International customers will need to pay a return shipping fee. Shipping fees are subject to change based on individual countries. 

  1. Return policies can change based on special accommodations and/or requests approved by management.
  2. Deliveries are not always made to homes. This applies to international shipping facilities, businesses, and requested shipping locations by customers. In the case that a customer asks to hold shipping for a later date, the 30-day return policy still takes effect from the originally scheduled ship date.
